ABOUT ME
I have 20+ years of management experience, including serving as CEO of a publicly listed company. I started as an automation engineer and project designer. Today I combine technical background with business leadership. My experience includes:
Leading and restructuring sales and operational teams,
Managing complex machinery and automation projects,
Hiring, firing and resolving difficult people situations,
Working hands-on with owners and boards on strategic decisions I have worked with companies like 3M, Electrolux, Bridgestone, KGHM, Valeo, Rockwell Automation, Stanley, Gates and others.

Solutions often become clear once you step back.
When you are inside daily operations, it is hard to see objectively. An external perspective allows real issues to be identified quickly.
Some decisions simply cannot be made from inside.
Internal relationships, tensions and politics block necessary action. An external partner can implement difficult changes faster.
I work independently, but never in isolation
My decisions are supported by expert knowledge where required.
